Why Dragonfly?
The big question that I am asked very often is why did you name it Dragonfly?
In just about every culture throughout the world, the Dragonfly is a symbol for change and transformation. When I started on the journey of actually owning a store there was a great deal of change going on in my life and I was seeing dragonflies everywhere! So many in fact that I looked up the meaning and was surprised at how they are not only symbols of transformation but also represent prosperity and harmony. The dragonfly is also viewed as a good luck charm. On an even deeper level they represent the souls of loved ones who have passed on visiting you on dragonfly wings. That last one resonated deeply with me so naming the store Dragonfly Wine & Spirits just seemed like a great way to represent the changes and transformations that were going on in my life and in the store. - Brenda

At Dragonfly Wine & Spirits we focus on hand selected wines and every day favorites, craft and local beer, bourbon, spirits, liqueurs and more!
Are you planning a big event? We can help! Birthdays, Showers, Holidays, Weddings or whatever you are celebrating!
Every friday evening we offer complimentary wine tastings from 4:00 - 8:00 PM Join us and sample a variety of wine, spirits and more. It's a great way to try before you buy and to learn about something new.
Just so you know there is plenty of parking behind the building as well as on street parking and we are located next to several BYOB restaurants.
